Hello, I am Taylor Grawbowsky (she/her) as a licensed clinical mental health and substance abuse counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their true selves. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University and bring a diverse range of clinical experience to my practice. Throughout my career, I have worked with teens, transition-aged youth, and adults across various settings. I also have experience assisting justice-involved individuals and teens facing unique challenges. My experience spans a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger, domestic violence, parenting, trauma and life transitions. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, believing that you are the ultimate expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you overcome obstacles, find healing, and develop greater self-awareness. I tailor my approach to each individual, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, and narrative therapy to create personalized treatment plans.
