Meridian Behavioral Health was born from the belief that mental health care could — and should — be something more than what traditional systems have allowed. It began as a vision to create a space where healing is not defined by pathology but by possibility; where people can be seen, heard, and supported in ways that honor their stories, their bodies, and their cultural truths.
From its beginning, Meridian has grown out of a deep commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and integrity. The agency was built on the understanding that healing requires more than clinical expertise — it requires curiosity, creativity, and connection. Our work bridges the best of evidence-based practices with emerging modalities that invite embodiment, imagination, and cultural resonance.
At Meridian, care is not one-size-fits-all. Each client’s journey is met with attunement to their lived experience, cultural background, and personal agency. We believe in care that is collaborative, relational, and rooted in respect — a partnership that helps individuals and families move toward wholeness on their own terms.
As the agency has evolved, so has its scope. What began as a small clinical practice has become a dynamic, growing collective of clinicians, students, and community partners dedicated to expanding access and deepening impact. Meridian continues to grow intentionally — developing new programs that respond to community needs, integrating training and education for emerging professionals, and exploring innovative ways to make care sustainable and relevant.
Our work is grounded in the understanding that systems change begins at the human level — through presence, through story, and through community. Every aspect of Meridian’s evolution reflects a devotion to creating a practice that is responsive to both the individual and the collective, that holds clinical excellence and social consciousness as equal and necessary partners.
Meridian Behavioral Health remains a living, evolving practice — one that invites growth, embraces creativity, and stays rooted in the simple truth that healing is most powerful when it is authentic, connected, and accessible to all.
We offer creative, collaborative, and transformative workshops and groups. Our skilled facilitators blend evidence-based practices with interactive, engaging methods designed to inspire growth, meaningful conversations, and practical skills.

The Quest for Balance is a 6-week therapeutic program where fun meets emotional wellness through weekly
role-play adventures and creative expression. Your child can join for a week or the entire program and dive into a different Therapeutic Tabletop Role-Playing Game (TTRPG), a storytelling game where players take on characters, solve challenges, and collaborate. Through these imaginative worlds, youth learn real-world skills such as navigating friendships, managing big feelings, and connecting with their bodies and inner experiences.
A transformative, creative workshop designed for women navigating midlife. Participants explore feminine archetypes, the heroine’s journey, and guided artistic expression to deeply integrate layers of self. Join facilitators Madeleine Wilson, LCSW, and Natalie Voelker, artist, for a compassionate, engaging journey to self-discovery and empowerment.
Too often, individuals and families are limited by insurance barriers, financial strain, stigma, or a lack of services that reflect their lived experiences. The Meridian Collective Foundation is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to meaningful, culturally responsive mental and behavioral health care. We exist to help remove those barriers by supporting evidence-informed and holistic approaches, including individual and group therapy, community-based support, and alternative healing modalities that are frequently overlooked by traditional systems. Through your support, we are able to expand access to care, honor choice, and create pathways to healing that center people, families, and communities.
