What We Do

Treatment Modalities

Our diverse therapeutic techniques include:

Treatment Services

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Skills-based therapy for emotional regulation, relationships, and meaningful change. DBT at Meridian combines individual therapy, skills groups, and weekly consultation among clinicians to provide gold-standard, research-supported care. DBT is especially helpful for people experiencing intense emotions, self-harm urges, suicidal thoughts, or chronic relationship challenges. Clients learn practical skills for grounding, communication, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and building a life worth living. Our DBT team brings expertise, compassion, and cultural awareness to support your healing and transformation.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A higher level of care that supports healing while you remain in your community. Meridian’s IOP offers structured, therapeutic group and individual support for people needing more than weekly therapy but not full hospitalization. Our IOP provides compassionate, evidence-based care for recovery, empowerment, and stability. Clients attend multiple sessions per week, receiving therapy, skills training, peer support, and coordinated care tailored to their needs. IOP is engaging, accessible, and designed to help you build your life with support, accountability, evidence-based care, and community.

Outpatient Psychotherapy

Personalized therapy for individuals, families, adolescents, and adults. Outpatient therapy at Meridian blends evidence-based practices with creative, culturally responsive approaches. Our clinicians offer support for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, relationships, neurodivergence, and more. Together, we build a space where healing, self-understanding, and growth can emerge. Sessions are tailored to your needs, strengths, and lived experiences. Everyone’s journey is different—your therapy should be too.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Person-centered psychiatric care. Our psychiatric provider offers thoughtful, dynamic evaluation and ongoing medication management to support mental and emotional wellbeing. They take time to understand your story, symptoms, goals, and strengths. Medication, when used, is one part of a comprehensive approach that can include therapy, lifestyle supports, and collaborative care. You will always be an active partner in your treatment. At Meridian, medication management is compassionate, collaborative, and attuned to the client.

Medication Assistance Treatment (MAT) Comming Soon!

Support for recovery through medication, therapy, and whole-person care. Meridian’s MAT program provides safe, evidence-based medications—such as buprenorphine/Suboxone—paired with therapy, recovery support, and individualized care. MAT can reduce cravings, improve stability, and support long-term healing from opioid or alcohol use disorders. Our approach integrates harm reduction, compassion, and autonomy. We walk with you at every step of recovery, honoring your pace and your goals.

Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS)

Practical support for everyday well-being. CCSS helps individuals build the skills, stability, and confidence they need to thrive in daily life. Our team works alongside you in your home, community, or wherever support is needed. We focus on strengthening skills, connecting you with resources, increasing independence, and navigating complex systems like housing, employment, education, and healthcare. At Meridian, CCSS is collaborative, client-focused, and rooted in dignity—because support should meet you where you are and grow with you.
