Dr. Kori Novak is a healthcare executive with a passion for building strong teams, improving operations, and expanding access to high-quality care. Her leadership experience spans nonprofit and for-profit healthcare, ambulatory and behavioral health, and rural and underserved communities.

Throughout her career, Kori has focused on creating sustainable organizations where both people and programs can thrive. She brings a collaborative, practical approach to leadership, grounded in the belief that strong operations ultimately lead to better care for patients and communities.

Kori holds a PhD in Human Services and Gerontology, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine. She is an avid foodie, traveler, and rescue dog mom.
