Position Summary
Meridian is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our expanding team in Otero County. This position will begin remotely and transition to in-person as Meridian’s local clinic is established. The role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral health services to youth, adults, and families impacted by trauma, SUD, and systemic barriers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services (individual, family, IOP, and group).
- Serve justice-impacted/involved and at-risk populations with culturally attuned, trauma-informed care.
- Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the Meridian team and community partners.
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- NM license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC.
- Experience with SUD, trauma-informed, and family-based treatment.
- Strong commitment to Meridian’s mission and collaborative practice.
- Willingness to transition from remote to in-person service delivery.
