Full-Time
$70,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience and licensure)

Position Summary
We are seeking to serve clients in. This position begins remotely and will transition to in-person as Meridian establishes its clinic in the county. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and aligned with Meridian’s mission and holistic approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group (IOP) therapy to youth, TAY (transition-age youth), and adults.
  • Serve justice-impacted, involved, and at-risk populations.
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
  • Contribute to Meridian’s inclusive, culturally grounded clinical culture.

Qualifications

  • Active NM licensure as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC.
  • Experience in SUD, trauma-informed, and family systems work preferred.
  • Strong clinical formulation and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and community-based care.
  • Willingness to transition from remote to in-person as services expand.
