“Hi, I’m Abbey, an artist, writer, avid lover of nature, and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). It means a great deal to me to walk alongside others as they navigate their own ongoing process of growth and discovery. I approach my work through a trauma-informed, neurodivergent- and queer-affirming lens. My primarily therapeutic modality is Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which is attachment-based and deeply relational at its core. It’s rooted in the idea that emotions like grief, anger, fear, or joy aren’t something to manage from a distance. They’re something to feel fully, with support, so they can move through you instead of staying stuck. That also means making space to celebrate what’s going well, not only tending to pain, because fully experiencing moments of joy, connection, and growth is just as important as working through life’s challenges.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.”
