Alexa (They/She) serves as the Behavioral Health Operations Manager at Meridian Behavioral Health. They were born and raised in Rio Rancho, and eventually traveled to Oklahoma and then Colorado for retail management roles. Post-pandemic, they began working in the substance abuse recovery field, deepening their commitment to harm reduction and patient advocacy. They blend organizational excellence with deep compassion, dedicating their career to healthcare administration with the understanding that a healing environment begins the moment a client reaches out.

Alexa is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive spaces for everyone reaching out and seeking support. Outside of work, they enjoy reading, cooking, and exploring local coffee shops
