Eileen (she/they) believes that within each of us, we have the creativity, wisdom, and imagination to change our relationship to our self, each other, and the planet. She brings over fifteen years of experience facilitating conversations around equity, inclusion, justice, and consensus building through generative conflict along with a prior career of bringing over 25,000 New Mexican youth (preK-12th grade) outdoors to her work. Since 2021, Eileen has been providing somatic and embodiment training to individuals, groups, and nonprofits in New Mexico and across the country and has certifications in Mind Body Coaching, Embodied Conflict Resolution, and Embodied Social Justice. Through somatics and embodiment practices, Eileen supports clients to gain clarity on deep-rooted values and beliefs, make embodied choices in all aspects of life, and connect with that which helps us heal, build resilience, and live whole, thriving lives. In her free time, she can be found as Board Chair of Teaching Outdoors to All Learners NM, part of the Leadership Team of the Queer Environmental Educators Network, and serves at the request of the governor on the State Parks Advisory Board. Eileen also writes on substack as Cynical Environmentalist
