Hello, My name is Marissa Sieck (they/them). I am a soul-activist, land/animal tender, cultural worker, community relational weaver, wilderness guide, dreamer, grief and pleasure advocate. My work as a therapist is informed by my grief, love, and longing to be a part of cultures of belonging, care, and reciprocity with land, animals, humans, and the unseen realms.

I am a relational therapist and love supporting individuals of all ages navigating grief, life transitions, relationships, reclaiming your aliveness, desire and creativity.

I center consent and choice. I center your intuition and inherent wisdom. I enjoy supporting you in accessing therapeutic modalities that work best for you, and am so happy to meet you wherever you are at. I like to learn the language that works and resonates for you. I enjoy incorporating art making, writing, and working with clay as ways to process and be in relationship with whatever may be coming up in session. I often bring in seasonal crafts and my personal art practices in our time together. Some sessions may look like me reading you poetry, making you tea while you share a story, laying down and putting on your favorite album, laughing and crying together and making art with or alongside you.

When I am not being a therapist, I am spending time with loved ones, I am making things with my hands,  listening to the flowers, gazing into the Rio Grande, eating yummy foods, writing, reading, spending time with sheep and goats and floating in bodies of water.
